About us

A Melbourne taxi service that shows the price first

We run cars across metropolitan Melbourne and out through the Hume corridor, around the clock, for the trips that actually matter: the early flight, the hospital appointment, the school run, the night out.

What we do

Booked cars, not chance

Standing on a kerb hoping a cab appears is fine until the one time it does not. Everything we run is booked ahead, either for right now or for a time you set, so the car is allocated to you before you need it.

After 15 years doing this, the pattern is clear. The trips people worry about are the ones with a deadline attached, and the two things they want are certainty about the car and certainty about the price. That is what the site is built around.

Why the estimate shows first

An Estimate First, a Fixed Price if You Want One

Most people have taken the ride where the number climbs and they stop looking at it. We would rather show you a fare estimate while you are still deciding, and if you want certainty, agree a fixed price with us by phone or email before you travel.

Flag fall and the per kilometre rate come from the published Melbourne metro tariff, not something we invented. Tolls, an airport pickup fee, a larger car and the late night rate each appear as their own line, and only when they actually apply. One fare engine drives the estimator, every suburb page and your booking confirmation, so the numbers can never disagree with each other.

Booked means allocated. If something goes wrong you get a call, not silence.

Flights tracked

Give us a flight number and the pickup moves with the flight, not the booking time.

A maxi for a group, a bigger boot for the luggage, a seat fitted for a child.
