Yes. Call or message us as early as you can. There is no fee to cancel when you give at least two hours notice before the pickup time. Late cancellations and no shows are covered in our cancellation policy.

Yes. A corporate account gives you monthly invoicing across all staff and client travel, with each trip itemised by date, route and fare so it can be reconciled and allocated internally.

Yes. You can arrange a car for a client or visitor without travelling in it, and the fare goes to the account rather than the passenger.
